I Education

Olga Petrovska has graduated from the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia, Bachelor’s degree in Law. In 2015 Olga Petrovska obtained a Master’s degree in Law and became a qualified lawyer.

II Experience

• Olga Petrovska has done internships in law offices, prosecutor offices, and police precincts.
• In 2015/2016 was interned and worked in European Parliament in Brussels, being a part of Latvian team in S&D political group.
• Was working at law firms in Latvia.
• Author of publications in lvportals.lv, itiesibas.lv, ibizness.lv .
• Author of articles in Itiesības magazine.
• Successfully ensured more than 70 divorces, most of which were issued by a settlement agreement.
• 100% positive decision on the assignment of Latvian citizenship under the repatriation program.
• 100% positive decision for residence permit on employment ground were issued to the employees from non-EU countries.

• Specializes in obtaining Latvian citizenship on the repatriation basis.

• Wide experience in real estate matters, acquisition and sell of property, as well as resolving issues with common and separate use of the property, resolving issues related to joint property ownership and actual splitting property pieces.
